As Director of Programs, Dr. Francis oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the organisation's initiatives. He ensures programs are evidence-based, impactful, and aligned with the mission to promote health equity and social inclusion across Africa.

Evans is responsible for Research, MEL component of our work with particular focus on data, systems and processes needed to understand and report progress of work to our partners and ensure that we are impacting on the communities we serve.
